We accept most major health insurance plans. It is always recommended for you to check with your insurance carrier to be aware of your benefits and to verify that Dr. Perryman participates in your plan. When asking them to look up Dr. Perryman, they may have her name listed under Dr. Lisa Zuraff-Perryman.
We accept Cash, Check, MC/Visa, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit. If you receive a bill from our office, feel free to call us at 303-840-8822 to make a credit card payment over the phone.
Colorado Colon & Rectal Specialists, through a CareCredit, credit card, offers 6 months no interest if paid in full financing for patient out-of-pocket expenses, such as co-pays, deductibles, other insurance non-covered expenses, and for the uninsured. Patients can apply for the CareCredit card in our office or at home and receive an answer almost immediately. If you are approved, you can begin treatment even before you get your card.
